It has the advantage of combining privacy (thanks to the high perimeter walls that enclose the estate) and proximity to the beauties of the town, easily accessible via an important road artery (near the villa, from which numerous interesting destinations can be reached). It stands on the first floor of a fine residence (but has completely independent external access), embraced by a luxuriant, perfectly maintained garden with enchanting attractions. A regenerating ecosystem, able to give unique stay experiences, thanks to the internal comfort and the many external comforts. The house, furnished with taste, has two bedrooms, one double (with flat screen TV, air conditioning, various furniture and independent access to the terrace) and one with a queen-size bed (equipped with a large wardrobe, bedside table and other). The large and bright living area is air conditioned and disengages the rooms. You see the dining area (crystal table with 6 chairs) and the relaxation area, where you can read a good book or watch your favorite program (comfortable leather lounges, flat screen TV). The interior is completed by: the kitchen (equipped with every utility: dishwasher, washing machine, pots, dishes, fridge with freezer, etc.) and the beautiful bathroom, equipped with shower and toilet. A special feature is the presence of a large terrace, equipped with table, chairs, drying rack. Here you can sip a good drink, with a 360 ° view, both towards the property and the surrounding area. Outside, you will only have to choose how to use your free time, among the many activities that the residence offers: from a dip in the large semi-Olympic swimming pool, with a tan in the relaxation area, to a bike ride; from the soccer match (with adjoining changing rooms) to the two-player tennis match; or an exciting beach volleyball match.
