The villa is located a stone's throw (about 30 meters) from the fine and white sandy expanse of Spiaggiabella, with large free areas and some equipped beach bars (music / cocktails). You are in the “Bosco e Paludi Di Rauccio” Natural Park area where you can organize cycling tours and near the “Idume basin” lake. You will find all the main services (bar, newsagent, tobacconist, pharmacy) in the nearby Torre Chianca (a couple of minutes by car). Lecce is only 10 minutes by car. Here, you can appreciate Baroque art in all its beauty and take a stroll through the busy streets of the historic center. Going along the coast road to the south, you will find the marinas of Frigole and San Cataldo in about 5 minutes, until you reach San Foca, Roca Vecchia, where you can take a dip in the natural pool of the Grotta della Poesia and Torre Dell’Orso. Otranto, with its characteristic narrow streets of the historic center, is about 30 km away.
