The quiet of the Salento countryside allows you to balance yourself in an enchanted context, your gaze begins to rise, observing the radiant colors of the vegetation. The sea is a stone's throw away, that coast that makes Salento known in the world, whose images grace homes and offices in many parts of the globe. The holiday should have serene connotations, but harmony is not easy to find in a chaotic world. The first step can be to choose a welcoming home, which can bring tradition to life, enhanced by modern comforts. In the approximately 6000 square meters of the well-kept garden there is a brightly colored flora, but also trees with tasty fruits: medlars, figs, "Petrucine" pears (Salento variety), many citrus fruits (various lemons, oranges) and particular mandarins, born from a crossing between two species, including the so-called “Chinese” variety, creating a fruit with a classic shape, smaller, both with the skin and the inside, very sweet. The estate has an elegant, scenic, swimming pool. It has large dimensions (12 x 12 meters), with a fixed and safe depth of 1.4 meters (therefore excellent for both relaxation and swimming). The marvelous body of water is infinity-edge, with an elegant geometric shape, consisting of a square, where the vertices have been replaced by segments of a circle. In one of them a comfortable staircase resumes its shape, enlarging it as it gently accompanies the bathers. The swimming pool, beautiful during the day, offers exciting nocturnal effects, thanks to the presence of lights that allow chromatic variations (green, blue, red, light blue, white). Access to the intimate part of the property takes place through a large land of relevance (about 3000sqm) with numerous private parking spaces (at your disposal). The garden and swimming pool are shared between 4 studios, an annex and the main villa. This studio apartment is located to the left of the building, and is anticipated by an equipped outdoor area of ​​relevance (table, chairs, umbrella). The apartment, perfect for couples or a family of 4, has a sleeping area with double bed and a living room with 2 single beds, part with a fully equipped kitchenette with table and chairs next to it and a bathroom complete with shower and toilet.

You will be caressed by the quiet of the Salento countryside, a perfect plain, where in every direction, you can admire deep horizons. To the east, however, where the sun rises, you will find the sinuous coast of San Foca. Here medium and low granite rocks protect bewitching beaches and, from time to time, in the sea, some islets, entertain young and old with memorable explorations. The soft beach accompanies the docile decline of the seabed, making bathing safe. The sandy areas are varied and have both free areas and equipped beaches. Noble peculiarity of the place, the presence of a beach suitable for the disabled, with volunteer staff, in a beautiful location. The lively town offers a complete vacation route. The large promenade, recently renovated, allows easy walks thanks to the considerable width of the sidewalks, also appreciated by skates, skateboards, segways and hoverboards. There are many clubs, of various kinds, as well as the numerous refreshment points, both with seating and on the street. Here you can eat really well, even fish, San Foca having a long tradition in this sense
