Carpignano Salentino - Villa

Old agricultural farm house entirely renovated. The 2-hectare domain is fantastic, with many fruit trees, and is bordered by two roads, one leading to the Adriatic coast, the other further inland, that offers peaceful walks in the countryside. The village is within walking distance.
The corridors of this villa are an integral part of daily life. Far from being mere passageways, they are spacious and radiant. The villa has three double bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and a spacious wardrobe. The first bathroom has a very large bathtub, while the second has a shower cubicle with hydromassage column. Outside, you’ll also find two shower cubicles and a washbasin. Nearby, adjacent to the building, but with external access, there is a third bathroom equipped with a toilet and washbasin for swimming pool use and 2 shower .
The kitchen and living room have large windows opening onto the rear terrace, from where you will admire enchanting sunsets. The kitchen is independent, 30 m², and fully equipped.
The living room is very spacious, 45 m², and bright thanks to its three openings to the outside. There is a large 65-inch Sony smart TV with Netflix, table football and two very comfortable sofa beds.
Outside, a 600 m² paved courtyard surrounds the house. Near the terrace, you'll find an elegant stone barbecue. The two pretty pajare, typical of Salento, are still used as storage areas. The living room and kitchen offer a beautiful view of the magnificent infinity pool, which will be described later.

This elegant villa is located on the outskirts of the village of Carpignano Salentino, within easy walking distance. In the village you will find all the services you need. Carpignano is a very old village and the historic centre in particular offers two excellent restaurants, one serving Salentine cuisine (La Locanda), the other fish and seafood (Pescheria da Samuele). You'll be close to the Adriatic coast and a 10/15-minute drive from Otranto. Early September, Carpignano Salentino celebrates the Festa te lu Mieru, the Wine Festival, a three-day event dedicated not only to wine but also to traditional local cuisine, typical products, popular music and traditional dances.
