Just 3 km from the marvelous Baroque historic center of amazing Lecce, is this unique residence, a paradise between ancient and modern styles, between nature and the city. The estate, while guaranteeing absolute privacy (thanks to the high walls and the imposing centuries-old trees), offers a position close to an important road artery, allowing you to move easily and go discover the treasures that have made the Tacco d'Italia so famous (Caribbean beaches and enchanted villages). Entering from the main lane, you will be pleasantly surprised by all the greenery and the floral variety, with typical trees (majestic oaks, holm oaks, pines, palms and other splendid natural monuments) along with various fruit plants (persimmons, citrus fruits, apricots ), lying on the soft turf. There is also a small lake and seasonal vegetable gardens. Guests are free to collect organic fruits and vegetables for their own consumption. Various stone paths and benches make every area of ​​the remarkable park easy to stroll around. The attentive and friendly owners have made the outdoors perfectly balanced, between nature, sport, health, beauty and leisure. In fact, there are real sports facilities for fun games between friends. The private tennis court is of Davis Cup measures, in elasticized plastic material. Common to all guests of the charming estate is a soccer field approx. 1500 m² (larger than an average 5-a-side football field) in synthetic grass and a beach volleyball court in natural sand, for approx. 200 m². All sports facilities, with the exception of the pool which already has underwater spotlights, are equipped with night lighting with bromine iodide spotlights, placed on 6 to 8 m-high poles, placed on the entire perimeter relating to the installations. Details that any young guests will be delighted with are: a tree house, equipped with ropes and areas for happy climbing, and a circular path outside the buildings (but of course inside the property), to be ridden by bike or other. The remarkable pool is alongside the rear patio of the main house. The pool's measurements are 20 x 10 m, with a degrading depth from 0.80 m to 3.5 m with a double springboard. On all sides you'll find a relaxation area with umbrellas and deck chairs, one of which will be exclusively dedicated to you. Next to the pool area is the outdoor cooking area with a stone barbecue, 6 gas burners and a charcoal grill. The whole property counts 4 independent housing units, including the guesthouse we are presenting to you here. Four entrances (each of the 3 bedrooms + the living room) ensure independence. A comfortable equipped terrace (table, chairs and sitting area) allows lunches, dinners and moments of relaxation in the magical setting. From there you reach the bright living room, tastefully furnished and equipped with various elements of comfort (large flat screen TV, living room with double sofa bed, large fridge with freezer, induction cooktop, and fine furniture). A hallway connects the living area to 2 of the beautiful and well thought out bedrooms (pleasant furnishing, large TV screen, air conditioning and everything you need in a high level of comfort). Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a large glass shower. A small laundry room with washing machine will come in handy. The house is also equipped with central heating for off-season stays. Adjacent to the house are the 3rd bedroom with a single bed and ensuite bathroom, and the changing rooms with showers, useful for the sports facilities. The house overlooks the nearby tennis court, which, as stated above, is for your exclusive use. The children's playing area with the tree house, a slide, swings, climbing ladders and small hammocks is also very close. An eco-friendly 20Kw photovoltaic system has been installed in the property, to ensure a certain energetic independence. This estate is definitely a real gem and we are happy that it represents Salento hospitality in one of its best forms. The whole property is perfectly looked after and maintained by the trusted personnel. OUTDOOR AREAS : for your own exclusive use is the tennis court, Davis measures, for approx. 850 m², in elasticized plastic material, equipped with changing rooms and 6 double lights for night lighting. To share with the other guests in the 3 other accommodations on the property: large 20x10 m rectangular pool with double diving board and variable depth from 0.8 to 3.5 m, surrounded by very comfortable deckchairs and adjacent to the admirable rear veranda (here you will have an umbrella and deckchairs dedicated exclusively to you, the area has scenographic evening lighting); outdoor kitchen area near the pool, with 6 gas burners, stone barbecue and charcoal grills; soccer field approx. 1500 m² in synthetic grass, equipped with 8 double lights for night lighting and changing rooms; beach volleyball court in natural sand, for approx. 200 m², equipped with 4 lights for night lighting and changing rooms; vegetable garden with seasonal products and various types of fruit trees; wooden tree house with children's playground and climbing installations (slide, hammocks and other games); a lovely pond with plants and fish; numerous parking spaces.
