This beautiful detached house is about 200 metres from the fine sandy beach (with beach clubs /lidi and frees areas) and from Lake Bacino Idume (presence of migratory waterfowl). Walking towards the sea, Via Itaca takes you right to the beach and the lake: left to the North, the large sandy beach or right to the South, go take a regenerating walk and stimulate your blood circulation in the shallow waters where sea water and fresh, sparkling spring water mingle. The villa has a large outdoor area, mostly tiled. On 3 sides around the house, pretty flower beds, lush plants and trees, including an orchard that will offer you delicious fruits: pears, apricots, figs, loquats, lemons, jujubes, pomegranates, grapes in pergola, strawberries… In the front courtyard of the property, you will be able to park several cars. In front of the facade, notice the beautiful statue, adorned with multicolored flowers, which anticipates a large terrace nestled under the arcades, ideal for moments of pure relaxation or outdoor meals. Side paths lead to the rear terrace, also suitable for outdoor meals thanks to the stone barbecue. There you will also find 2 outdoor showers which are very useful when back from the beach. The inside consists of a beautiful hallway that leads to the bedrooms and ends in the large living room with open-plan kitchen. The hallway leads to the three bedrooms (one of which has an en-suite shower room) and the second shower room, at present with a washing machine. The villa is located about 200 metres from a beautiful fine sandy beach which offers free areas and beach clubs (lidi). The Lake Bacino Idume is also a few metres away. Always a short walk away, there is a restaurant, a pizzeria and a greengrocer (which sells almost exclusively fruit and vegetables of its own production). On foot or by bike, you can reach the Wood Rauccio, which gave its name to the Regional Natural Park Bosco e Paludi di Rauccio. 2-3 minutes by car (or by bike), Torre Chianca also offers a few shops including a bakery that sells delicious pastries. 5 minutes away by car is Frigole, where, if you like fish, we highly recommend the excellent restaurant Lubelli. If you like pizzas with wholemeal flours or wish to taste typical dishes of the region, we recommend the traditional family restaurant Zio Ronzino (Zio means uncle). Also in Frigole, you will find a pharmacy and other shops (including a grocery store). Lecce, the famous open-air baroque museum where tradition harmoniously blends with modernity, as well as the large shopping center and the multi-screen cinema of Surbo are about 10 minutes away by car.
