Fantastic villa in the Maldives area of ​​Salento (wonderful beach of fine sand), breathtaking sea view on the magnificent panorama of Pescoluse and Torre Pali. The villa, beautiful for its construction style and position, has a well-kept garden with hedges, ornamental plants, flowers and fruit trees. Valuable feature of the outdoor space, an admirable 60sqm swimming pool with a characteristic shape made up of two squares, the main part and the access staircase. The largest area consists of two rectangles, one with a depth of 1.4m and the other, a diving area of ​​2.1m, divided parallel to the coast by two steps on the seabed. At the end of the access area we notice some blow outlets, with a pleasant effect, similar to a hydromassage. Next to the swimming pool, in the free bricked rectangle, a pleasant relaxation area (table, chairs, deck chairs). Externally, there are also a stone barbecue (near, but not adjacent to the swimming pool), a lovely stone shower box, with a spiral entrance, covered parking spaces, bounded area with a gate. Entering through the main gate, the eye is captured by the sensational panoramic view, which is lost in the blue of the horizon. Then we notice the building, in perfect Salento style of the area. The villa is entirely covered in stone, a feature that at the same time gives excellent thermal insulation (therefore internally cool) and valid protection from humidity (always dry). Going up the few access stairs, we reach the covered veranda, from which we reach the spacious living room (on the right, entering through the main door) which includes: dining table with chairs, living room with sofa, two armchairs (each can be opened in single bed) and is equipped with a large flat screen TV and air conditioning. All embellished with a window overlooking the sea. On the left, however, an excellent kitchenette with 4-burner hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine. Continuing on the corridor that disengages the rooms, we note: beautiful double bedroom perfectly furnished, with access to the second bathroom of the house (with toilet and shower), second double bedroom, also clean and bright, bedroom with 2 single beds (joinable double), main bathroom complete with shower and toilet. Outside there is a laundry room, equipped with a washing machine. The villa is exceptional in terms of construction style, location and accessories.
Outdoors: covered relaxation area by the pool (equipped with table, chairs), deck chairs for solarium in uncovered areas, parking spaces with wooden roof, stone barbecue, pet area, beautiful stone shower box, built in a spiral for privacy and ease entrance, automatic gate, orchard (almonds, currants, pomegranates, cherries). Indoors: excellent cookware, dishwasher, washing machine, large flat screen TV in the living room, second flat screen TV in one of the bedrooms, air conditioning in the living room, ceiling fan in each bedroom, mosquito nets on each window, electronic shutters, connected alarm system with private security.
The beach can be reached by bike or by car. On foot, you would arrive in about 20 minutes. The area where the villa is located is full of attractions, clubs, services and interesting areas. Not far from the house, the nature trail begins which crosses the “Fani” farm and ends near the coast. In the area there are several educational farms, to discover, for example, the olive oil production process. They are also close: excellent diving school in Torre Vado, stellar observatory, archaeological site “Cento Pietre” in Patù, 500 meters from the fairy cave house. The access road, twice a year, is affected by the Salento rally.
