Once the automatic entrance gate is opened, you will notice the beauty of the building with an imposing tower in local stone, which houses a panoramic suite. The ground floor is occupied by a remarkable living room (60sqm), open-space, with large windows overlooking the greenery. The living room, the heart of the house, has an area equipped for dining, a relaxation area with lounge, designer fireplace and large TV, a fully equipped kitchen area with kitchen island. Also on the ground floor there are 4 excellent bedrooms, 3 double rooms and 1 room with two single beds (which can be joined if necessary) and 4 bathrooms with shower and toilet (in the en suite bathroom of the largest double room we also ha a Tv with wall mount). 3 of the 4 bedrooms on the ground floor can be accessed from the corridor that connects the living room and the sleeping area. The fourth bedroom has an independent external entrance (from this room, via an internal staircase, you can then access the suite in the tower, a beautiful bedroom with its own bathroom). In total we have 14 beds available, as there are 5 bedrooms with as many bathrooms (in two of the bedrooms we have an additional single bed and in a third bedroom, a double sofa bed). The interior is bright, comfortable, beautiful and well-kept, but externally, the residence gives its best. On the perimeter, the villa has a brick area of ​​over 300sqm with an excellent covered veranda, very well equipped: bar counter, large stone oven for pizzas (capacity for 12), barbecue, table and chairs, lounge, benches. From here, you will see the fantastic pool area, which covers an area of 12x6sqm, flanked by relaxation areas (deck chairs, umbrellas, table, outdoor armchairs). Also in the garden you will find an area to entertain the little ones, with high quality games (the same ones installed in the parks) and an orchard for tasty seasonal products.
