Information notice pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679

In accordance with articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as Regulation), we inform you that VILLE SALENTO s.r.l.s., with reference to the purpose of the treatments defined below, needs to process certain of your personal data. The processing is carried out in compliance with the following conditions.

Purpose and legal basis of processing

In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679, we provide you with the following information: the data you provide will be processed for purposes related to requests for overnight stays and services offered by VILLE SALENTO s.r.l.s., for example the use of Wi-Fi internet connections. The controller will use this information only to process the reservation and send specific and relevant information for its confirmation, such as invoicing and reservation conditions (pre-contractual and contractual obligations). The processing of your data will be carried out by our authorised internal personnel and, on our behalf, by external collaborators, formally appointed as External Data Controllers, whose list you may request. In order to process your data in accordance with the execution of the professional mission assigned to VILLE SALENTO s.r.l.s., we may take cognizance of the data that article 4.1. of EU Regulation 2016/679 defines as "identified or identifiable natural persons", and "special category" data. The processing will take place through manual and/or automated systems designed to memorise, manage and transmit the data, with logic strictly related to the purposes previously defined, based on the data in our possession and with your commitment to promptly inform us of any corrections, additions and/or updates.

Recipients of personal data

The personal data collected through the present note of information can only be processed by internal or external personnel authorised in accordance with article 29 of the Regulation in charge of the management of the services requested. The data will only be stored to achieve the aforementioned purposes (unless otherwise provided by law). Your data will be disclosed by legal obligation to independent data controllers: police department, municipality to which the accommodation belongs, Puglia Promozione (Apulia Promotion), the scope of any possible communication of the data will be national.

Nature of personal data provision and consequences of failure to provide such data

The provision of your personal data within the framework of the purposes defined in this information note is a statutory requirement and the refusal to provide such data prevents the achievement of the purpose itself.

Transfer of personal data to countries outside the EU

Your data will not be transferred to countries outside the EU. The data will not be disseminated.

Data retention period

Your data will be kept for the duration compatible with the purpose of data collection and then for a maximum period of 10 years.

Rights of the interested party

You have the right to revoke your consent at any time; to request access to your personal data and the correction or cancellation thereof; to limit or object to their processing; to exercise your right to data portability; to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority. You may exercise your rights by sending a request to the data controller.
