Only 3 km from the historical centre of Lecce, this property is very close to a road that will make it very easy for you to travel around South Apulia, its tropical beaches and its villages rich in tradition. Upon entering the main gate, you will be pleasantly surprised by the care given to the outdoor spaces, the soft lawns, the beautiful variety of flowers (large oaks, holm oaks, pines, palms and other splendid gifts of nature), the orchard (lotos, citrus fruits, apricots), the pond and the vegetable garden. Various gravelled paths provide access to each area of this huge park, in which you will find garden benches here and there. The friendly and attentive owners have thus created outdoor spaces that are perfectly balanced between nature, sport, well-being, beauty and leisure. In fact, you will have at your disposal real sports facilities to expend your energy and have fun. Soccer field on synthetic turf of about 1500 m² (higher than the average 5-a-side soccer field); tennis court in elastic plastic of Davis Cup size, about 850 m²; beach volleyball court in natural sand of about 200 m². All the sports facilities, with the exception of the pool which has submersible spotlights, are equipped with night lighting thanks to halogen gas spotlights (iodine and bromine) placed on poles 6 to 8 meters high all around. A few details that will delight the little ones: a tree house equipped with ropes and play areas to climb happily and a path around the houses that make up the main villa, to be ridden safely. The magnificent pool (open from 01/06 to 30/09), with its remarkable dimensions of 20 by 10 metres, has a progressive depth of 0.80 to 3.5 metres (exceptional in the region) and is equipped with a springboard. Around it, you will find 4 relax areas, one of which is exclusively reserved for you. Next to the pool area is a real outdoor kitchen with stone barbecue, charcoal and 6-burner gas stove. The whole villa is composed of four independent units, including this guest house you are probably about to rent. Four accesses (for each bedroom and the living room) ensure a total independence. A comfortable terrace (table, chairs and lounge area) allows lunches, dinners and moments of relaxation in a magical setting. From there, you reach the bright living room, furnished with taste and comfort (large flat screen TV, living room with double sofa bed, large refrigerator with freezer, electric stove with induction cooker, dishwasher…). A corridor connects the living room to the 2 beautiful bedrooms equipped with an air conditioner, a large flat screen, and all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay. Each bedroom has its own shower room where you will enjoy a large glass shower. A small laundry room with a washing machine will be useful. The house is equipped with central heating for winter stays. Adjacent to the house, locker rooms and showers are available for the sports facilities. The house overlooks the nearby tennis court, which is for your exclusive use. The children's playground is also very close with a tree house, slide, swings, climbing ladders and small hammocks. A 20Kw photovoltaic system is installed in the property, to ensure some energy independence, therefore the rental price already includes the utility fees.
